Vive Shake Bars

Today is #ShareSaturday in the #SweatPink #NoExcuses challenge, so I’m going to share a recipe for Vive Shake Bars. Because today also happens to be National Peanut Butter Day, this recipe is particularly appropriate. Chocolate Peanut Butter Vive! Bars

5 ripe bananas (mashed)

4 cups of oats

2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 cup dark chocolate chips

1/3 cup peanut butter

2 teaspoons cinnamon

3 scoops of chocolate Vive!

Mix all ingredients in a big bowl. Spoon the batter into a pan and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!

 

These vegan bars are delicious and chock-full of nutrients. I used gluten-free oats to make bars that my whole family could eat.

They work well as a pre- or post-workout snack, and they’re great as a breakfast (with some Greek yogurt and berries on top).
